Should you recieve damaged, incorrect or faulty goods, please contact GARY THYREGOD JEWELLERY within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a goods exchange or refund, as appropriate. 

Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for custom made designs (made to order). 

Due to the varying hardness of precious stones and metals, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to jewellery sustained whist being worn. However, we do offer a repairs service for any goods which have been neglected or have been accidently damaged.
