At GARY THYREGOD JEWELLERY, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful quality, handcrafted jewellery.

 

Should you recieve damaged, incorrect or faulty goods, please contact GARY THYREGOD JEWELLERY within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a goods exchange or refund, as appropriate. 

Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for custom made designs (made to order). 

 

Due to the varying hardness of precious stones and metals, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to jewellery sustained whist being worn. However, we do offer a repairs service for any goods which have been neglected or have been accidently damaged.

Postal costs will be determined via your delivery location and will be added to the balance at checkout. Please note, all prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Please note GARY THYREGOD JEWELLERY does accept international orders. 

 

GARY THYREGOD JEWELLERY is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as GARY THYREGOD JEWELLERY cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors, and can not be liable for goods damaged during transit unless in the case of improper/negligent packaging.
